Every IMEI is checked before it reaches the shelf.
We buy from authorised distributors and verified trade-ins only. If a phone from Eden ever turns out not to be what we said, we refund you in full, no argument.

6 months on refurbished. We handle the claim, you don’t queue at a service centre.
Delivery & returns
Same day in Nairobi when you order by 3pm: KES 350, free over KES 35,000. Countrywide in 1–2 working days.
Seven days to change your mind. Return it unused and boxed, and we refund to M-Pesa within 24 hours.

Spread any phone over 12 months. Pay a deposit, take the phone home the same day, and pay the rest monthly by M-Pesa.

Honest grades, written down.
Every refurbished phone is graded by the technician who inspected it, and the battery health on the listing is what we measured.

No visible marks at arm’s length. Battery 90% or higher. Looks and feels new.

Light hairline marks on the frame only. Screen flawless. Battery 85% or higher.

Visible wear you can see and feel, fully working. Battery 85% or higher. The best value.
